Don’t underestimate the power of “small business.”

Several weeks ago, my wife approached me and asked about ways we could help give back to our community. We are incredibly fortunate to be where we are today as a company and as a family - but we got to this place with the help of our community. And it’s only right for us to be able to share the gratitude and help give something back over the holidays, in any way we could.

That initial thought transformed into something spectacular. Today, Equipment Rental Source was able to give out 10 full Thanksgiving meals to families in our community who just needed a helping hand.

I don’t post this to toot my own horn, but as a reflection on how “small business” is more than just a business. We are more than just a name on a building or a piece of equipment. We are APART of this community. Small business share in the good times and help each other get through in the bad. We are all in this together.

I hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving.
