Here are a few fundamentals every hunter should understand:
1. Glass Quality Over Magnification
Clear, bright glass in low light matters more than extreme zoom. Early mornings and last light are when quality optics prove their value.
2. Reticle Choice
Simple duplex reticles remain trusted for a reason — clean sight picture, fast acquisition. More complex reticles serve a purpose, but simplicity often wins in real hunting conditions.
3. Proper Mounting & Eye Relief
