Immediate Job Opening: Welding Fabricator/Emphasis on fabrication

Job Description: Fabricator/Welder
We are seeking a skilled Welding Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with a strong focus on fabricating. Knowledge of building handrails and spiral staircases will be a plus.
We primarily build "wrought iron" and aluminum handrails.

Responsibilities:
Read and interpret schematics and drawings to determine the scope of work.
Set up and operate welding equipment, including but not limited to MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Primarily MIG.
Fabricate metal components using various techniques such as cutting, grinding, bending and roll form.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in welding and fabrication (certifications NOT required for this position)
Strong knowledge of welding techniques and materials.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Competitive pay based on experience and location. The pay will be very competitive for related position in Moore County. Please don't explain what you could get paid working in Wake County/Mecklenburg County or what you could make in another state. Not relevant me or to this position.
