Approved..after a long continuous process we commend the Town of Carthage, Commissioners on making the right choice with their approval.

At ASM, we came up with a design that "fits" the small Town area feel. By adding undisturbed buffers, and keeping as many trees as possible, and working with the neighborhood concerns. This is a subdivision that any small Town would want as its standard. Great Job! to the Town and its staff.
