The Next Chapter

Our family is so excited to author the next chapter in the history of Carthage Hardware! Our family’s history with the hardware goes back to Christmas 1963! With My Grandmother (Bea Grundy, Dad (Ed Grundy) and Uncle (Dub Grundy) all working at the store at varies times.

Now, our family (Eddie, Melanie and daughter Hannah Grundy) has been blessed with the opportunity to continue the long standing tradition of serving the hardware and building needs of Carthage and the surrounding communities. If you drive by you may notice a new sign, some new colors and even some new decor, one thing will remain the same; Our commitment to offer our customers trusted products and services from hometown folks.

While we plan on expanding our product offerings into additional quality building and remodeling products, design services along with all the traditional favorites, we also plan to reinvent how people view service! Always extending a welcome greeting, a handshake from a good friend and consistently offering trusted advice to help you get the right fix the first time!
