Biggest bucket rebuild we’ve done to date for a new customer! Depending on the quality of your bucket, with our repairs you could get tougher than new quality for less than new cost. As you can see this one was peeling from the outside and was caved in on the inside. We completely removed all the damaged material and went back in with new double layered hardened steel plate, wear bars, teeth, and hard-facing on the cutting edge. We are beginning to find a very competitive system for these and having faster turnaround time with every next one. What can we do for you?

We have three 25x20 red iron bays 12 ft tall that we carefully demoed a while back. No tin included just the main skeleton all girts, purlins, and beams. Would prefer to sell at-least 2 bays together or all 3.

If you buy without install I will load you in Taylorsville GA for free or we can deliver for a fee. We also have good connections in the concrete industry and can have the peers or full pad poured at a good price, and we can supply and install tin, and swinging or roll up doors as well if needed.

🤯30lbs of wire and 30lbs of hard facing rod later this bucket is like new again. It’s hard to show the amount of work that actually goes into these but the end result is something to be proud of and we know our loyal customer is happy too!
