🇺🇸 25 Years Later, We Remember.

This Friday, September 11, we invite our entire community to join us at KC & Company as we pause together to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, honor the courage and sacrifice shown that day, and recognize the first responders who continue to serve our communities every day.

Our morning will begin at 8:30 a.m. with breakfast and our Remembrance Ceremony, including the Presentation of Colors by the CSCISD Jr. ROTC, a special presentation by the Winter Garden Music Ensemble, and a Moment of Silence beginning at 8:46 a.m.

We will continue honoring our first responders with lunch from 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

September 11 reminds us of the importance of community, service, sacrifice and standing together. We hope you will join us as neighbors, friends and community members for this special day of remembrance.

🎉 A BIG DAY FOR DIMMIT COUNTY! 🎉

Today, Dimmit County officially opened the Dimmit County Sports Complex—a project that has been years in the making, from an idea and a vision to a completed space our entire community can enjoy.

With sports fields, a playground, gymnasium, and splash pad, this incredible new complex offers something for all ages and, most importantly, creates another place for our community to come together.

Projects like this don’t happen overnight. They take vision, planning, perseverance, and leaders committed to seeing an idea all the way through to completion.

We congratulate all of our Dimmit County leaders and everyone who played a part in making this vision a reality. What a wonderful investment in our families, our children, and the future of our community.
