We are a structural engineering firm that specializes in helping our customers vision become a reality. We strive to provide a high quality design that meets your needs and stays within your budget. Our passion is designing sound structures and making the design process as collaborative and easy as possible for our customers. Our experience includes years of engineering a wide spectrum of projects including coastal and residential structures, home modifications, historic renovations, industrial plants, utility tunnels and structures, and completing numerous inspections across the state.

Before and after of a recent project completed with NC Hammer Construction. Lat 34’s scope included architectural design and drafting, structural engineering, and helping my clients come up with an overall vision for their home makeover. We added an RV garage, 2 bedroom apartment off the back, an amazing man cave for their 2 sons, huge three seasons porch to host gatherings, and refresh of the exterior.

Battle on the Beach 2024 airs June 3rd! This season took place in Oak Island where 3 teams renovated 3 homes during the competition. I had the pleasure of providing engineering for the homes for this season. We are excited to see the show air and had a great time working with the production staff!

Our favorite trio of mentors — Taniya, Ty and Alison — are back in a new season, airing on June 3.
