Meet Caleb, our summer intern!
Over the past three months, Caleb learned how we bring custom Kaizen Shadow Foam® projects to life — from 3D scanning tools to creating precision CAD layouts, to machining the final inserts. He leveled up his CAD skills and wrapped up his internship with a unique final project: designing and building a fully customized travel case.

During the school year, Caleb runs a side business cutting hair. He created the perfect custom foam insert for his case holding his clippers, guards, and accessories.
We’re proud of the skills he’s built here at KM and can’t wait to see what he tackles next in his future in manufacturing!
