Jack's Tool Rental, Inc., the forerunner of Runyon Equipment Rental, Inc. opened it's doors in 1955 in the backyard garage of Jack & Mildred Runyon. Due to the vast equipment expertise, scope of the inventor, and outstanding customer service of its founders and their son Gary who came aboard in 1964, Jack's Tool Rental continued to grow and prosper. s of the company were turned over to Gary who continued to expand the product offerings and number of locations until 1999 when He sold the business to a large national corporation. Itching to get back in the game, in 2004 Gary and Jackie, and their son Jack (the namesake of his grandfather and a third generation member of the team), opened Runyon Equipment Rental Inc. The new state of the art facility boasts 125,000 square feet of indoor space and a yard that holds another 85,000 square feet of rental equipment and tools for Contractors/Remodelers, Landscapers, Commercial Floor Specialists, Homeowners and Specialty Event Planners. The same high degree of advice, assistance and expert instruction that customers came to know and value at Jack's Tool Rental is still evident today, in addition to new specialties including: floor grinding, blasting and scrubbing.
