Mesa Secure is a turnkey solution provider for engineering, design, manufacturing, and lifecycle management (DMSMS, etc.) of military-grade C5ISR (command, control, communications, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance) electronic assemblies. Our technical team can provide support for the most stringent box build, build-to-print, and turnkey system requirements. Mesa Secure employs an experienced staff of electrical, mechanical, industrial design, quality, manufacturing, and test engineers who are familiar with U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) design and production requirements, such as MIL-STD 810 and MIL-STD 461. We have successfully designed and deployed DoD C5ISR products that reliably perform in extreme temperatures from -40°C to 60°C and are able to withstand extreme shock, blast, vibration, water exposure, sand, dust, and salt fog conditions. Mesa Secure's production facility maintains the upgraded AS9100C quality standard and the ISO13485 medical quality standard. These certifications support our robust quality management system, providing the traceability and assembly processes required to produce high-reliability military products. Our senior administrative staff manages strict compliance with various U.S. Government laws, regulations, and programs relevant to defense manufacturers, such as ITAR and DCAA-accepted accounting.
