Another standout project completed by MakoRabco.

This impressive three-story Trojan Storage facility in Arleta, California, totaling 168,040 sq. ft., is scheduled to open June 3rd. Sold by MakoRabco Executive Vice President Angie Guerin and built for our partners at DAI General Contracting, the project showcases the kind of collaboration and craftsmanship it takes to deliver a modern self-storage facility at scale.

One of the most striking features of the facility is the exterior wall design, featuring a clean, modern panel aesthetic that gives the building a bold architectural presence while elevating the overall look of the property.

We’re proud to have played a part in bringing another exceptional facility to life and appreciate everyone who helped make this project a success.

This new three-story, 110,037 sq. ft. Public Storage facility in Shawnee, Kansas is now open! Sold by MakoRabco Sales Manager Eddie Huebner and built for our clients at Advantage Construction, this project is a great example of what strong partnerships and quality self-storage construction can accomplish.
