This past weekend, the M&B Machine team got together for our annual company picnic — good food, good company, and zero pressure to be anyone but yourself. No agendas, no "on your best behavior." Just the people we work with every day, showing up as who they actually are.

Some of our best moments as a team don't happen on the shop floor — they happen around a picnic table, trading stories and getting to know each other outside of work. That's how real camaraderie gets built, and it's part of what makes this team stronger than just a group of coworkers.

We will always be grateful for a crew that shows up for each other, on and off the clock.

M&B Machine just added a new tool to our quality control team: the Keyence VL-870, a 3D CMM scanner that inspects parts faster and with more precision than ever. What used to take hours on first article inspections now takes a fraction of the time — meaning we can turn parts around faster without cutting corners on accuracy.

It's also a step toward the kind of automation shaping the future of manufacturing, and it gives our QC team new tools to grow their skills alongside the technology.

This is one more step in how M&B keeps growing and pushing what we are capable of.

🇺🇸 Wreaths Across America – Honor. Remember. Teach.

Yesterday, M&B Machine made a donation to support Wreaths Across America, a program dedicated to honoring our fallen heroes by placing remembrance wreaths on the graves of veterans across the country. We specifically sponsored the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.

This year, the program is far short of the number of wreaths needed—and that’s where we all can help.

Every $17 sponsors one wreath.
Every wreath honors a life of service and sacrifice.

We believe in doing more than just saying "thank you"—we believe in showing it.
