-Flat rate equipment/truck health reports with fluid samples. Know where your equipment stands before a major failure happens. ❌

-Operator pre-start training.✅ (Teach your operators how to walk around and inspect equipment properly before starting for the day.

-Fleet maintenance programs. We keep track of your preventative maintenance schedule. And notify when maintenance is due. Maintenance will be performed after approval. 📆

-Flat rate equipment pre-purchase inspections. You get a health report of what you’re buying before your purchase.🩺

Beginning Monday 12/29/2025 when you call (337)501-2597, my general manager will be taking calls and collecting information for whatever issues you may have. This will help us with accurate scheduling for a clearer picture of when we can get to your jobsite. Please be patient in this transition period as it will take some time for us to get this process perfected. Thank you for your patience!

Our normal operating hours are:
7:00-5:00 Monday-Friday
We will be adding an option to get through to myself after hours if you have an emergency. Fees may incur.

🎄 Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from Heavy Duty Machinery 🎄

This past year has been a tough one. We’ve made mistakes. We missed some promised delivery dates. At times, we scratched and clawed just to get paid and keep this thing moving forward.

But hard times and tribulations won’t stop us from striving to provide great service and real value to our customers.

As we look ahead to 2026, we’re making big changes. We’re adding a General Manager to oversee the business side, allowing me to focus on my craft and improving production efficiency—so we can keep our customers up and running when they need it most.

To the customers who have been patient and continue to stand by us: thank you. We’re truly grateful. We remain committed to making the necessary changes and improving our service until we get it right.

We are updating our pricing to reward our customers that pay timely!

New rates are as follows:

Field Service:
$175/hour field service 2 hour minimum.
$160/hour for customers that pay upon completion.

Travel fee: $3/mile plus $120 an hour travel time.

Shop Service:
$155/hour shop service 2 hour minimum
$140/hour for customers that pay upon completion.

Additionally we are adding a $100 fee if we need to use our diagnostic software for your project.
