🔧 Graco Fusion PC Gun — Burning Through Cartridges? Check This First.
We just helped a customer who was experiencing internal leaking in his Graco Fusion PC gun and going through cartridges much faster than he should have been.

The problem wasn’t the cartridge.

After enough use, the sides of the mixing chamber were no longer seating properly against the side seals, allowing material to leak internally.

The fix was surprisingly simple:
The customer picked up some 1000-grit sandpaper, laid it on a smooth, flat surface, applied a little WD-40, and carefully polished the sealing faces on each side of the mixing chamber.

The goal isn't to remove a bunch of material or change the dimensions of the chamber. You're simply restoring a smooth, flat sealing surface so the mixing chamber can seat properly against the side seals.

After polishing and reassembling the gun:
✅ Proper sealing was restored
✅ The internal leaking stopped
✅ No more unnecessarily burning through cartridges

Tech Tip: If your Fusion PC is leaking internally or seems to be consuming cartridges unusually fast, inspect the sealing surfaces of the mixing chamber before assuming the cartridge itself is the problem.

Small wear points can create expensive problems.
