Revit Designer/BIM Coordinator

This position is broken down into two main aspects. The primary role will be a Revit Designer, and all design of fire protection, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing will be done on Revit 2018.2. All disciplines will collaborate work through linked-in files in order to coordinate effectively and efficiently. Other programs will be used mainly for coordination such as Navisworks 2017, Glue, and Autodesk design review. The Designer will be responsible for making sure all the clients drafting standards are upheld.

The second aspect of the position is BIM Coordinator. This role will be the point-of-contact or representative for the company for all BIM related duties, which includes bi-weekly meetings on WebEx. Another task is to export a DWFX file of each discipline and submit a progress print weekly. All work will be uploaded and downloaded from a BIM 360 site. The Designer must also ensure that they are communicating all information from the meetings and information shared on the site with the team.

ED3 Consultants is proud to be part of this exciting project that is changing the City landscape!

Our staff has been providing project management construction services on-site for the past two-years covering the following services:

* Oversight of site maintenance on existing green infrastructure;

* Performed budgetary tasks for site maintenance;

* Reviewed specs for paving, utility, and sewer work on-site for bidding;

* Permitting services through DEP and ACCD.

* Coordination with PennDOT on adjacent Irvine St./Hazelwood Blvd. intersection improvements.

We can't wait to see the finished product!
