If you'd like to help people with disabilities enjoy a full life, look no further! Ease-e Medical is a social enterprise that provides affordable durable medical equipment and disposable medical supplies to individuals with disabilities. Ease-e is looking for a Customer Care Associate to join our team.

Great benefits! Ease-e offers multiple options at competitive rates, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, 403(b), and paid time off that accrues immediately upon hire. Benefits eligibility may differ based on position.

In this position you will:
● Process customer orders via phone, fax, and email within Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and limits
● Process coordinating vendor purchase orders for shipping customer orders
● Create system-generated physician orders for physician signatures
● Enter and maintain customer information
● Work as one team and have the customer as the primary focus
Requirements:
● Passionate desire to work with people, professional phone skills, attention to detail, and can quickly learn new skills
● Proficient computer skills including data entry and computer navigation skills
● Prior experience in medical billing or medical terminology is helpful but not required
● Prior customer service/representative experience required

Position Details:
● Full time 40 hours per week
● Mon - Thurs 8a-5p and Fri 8a-3p
● Starting wage is $15/hr

We have retained a staffing service to help manage the open positions and applications.

This is not a temporary position, this is a full-time regular position. After successful completion of a term with the staffing company and conversion to a regular employee, increased wages, benefits, and advancement opportunities are available.
