In this position you will:
● Process customer orders via phone, fax, and email within Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and limits
● Process coordinating vendor purchase orders for shipping customer orders
● Create system-generated physician orders for physician signatures
● Enter and maintain customer information
● Work as one team and have the customer as the primary focus
Requirements:
● Passionate desire to work with people, professional phone skills, attention to detail, and can quickly learn new skills
● Proficient computer skills including data entry and computer navigation skills
● Prior experience in medical billing or medical terminology is helpful but not required
● Prior customer service/representative experience required

Position Details:
● Full time 40 hours per week
● Mon - Thurs 8a-5p and Fri 8a-3p
● Starting wage is $15/hr

We have retained a staffing service to help manage the open positions and applications.

Ease-e is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.

In this position you will:
● Fill and deliver/ship customer orders
● Maintain warehouse inventory levels
● Unload trucks and rotate stock as needed
● Provide in-home customer service and assess needs for safety equipment and setup
● Participate in safety committee meetings and conduct safety inspections
● Provide general maintenance for the building
● Become certified to conduct lift inspections with some travel required

Requirements:
● Passionate desire to work with people, professional phone skills, attention to detail, and can quickly learn new skills
● Proficient computer skills including data entry
● Prior experience in inventory management, ability to use basic tools for equipment setup and general maintenance
● Valid U.S. driver's license required, where applicable.
● Work requires frequent physical activity including extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs with occasional periods of sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, squatting, and balancing.
● Work also requires occasional travel within Colorado and western Kansas.

Prepare and distribute patient and private invoices on a weekly basis.

Prepare daily bank deposits.

Prepare and post retail deposits and assist with preparation of insurance deposits on a daily basis.

Verify cleared transactions in the cash accounts daily.

Reconcile bank statements to cash accounts monthly.

Prepare and distribute customer statements as required, and work directly with customers regarding their accounts as needed.

Reconcile credit card statements monthly.

Prepare and process state sales tax returns.

Qualifications: Experience in Accounts Receivable/posting payments, GL account/bank reconciliation, journal entries. Strong computer, Excel, 10-key and organizational skills. Experience with insurance billing is helpful but not necessary.
