Originally from Chester, New Jersey, Dylan relocated to Colorado to enjoy the state’s incredible outdoor opportunities. He specifically chose Colorado Springs to live with his former college roommate from Purdue University and to begin his role at 3 Rocks. Dylan was drawn to 3 Rocks because of the company's strong values and dedication to supporting the local community, finding it to be the perfect environment to continue developing his knowledge and skills while contributing to the company's long-term goals.
Dylan's connection to the outdoors is a lifelong passion shared with his family. From the age of 10 to 22, he, along with his parents and brother, section-hiked all 2,200 miles of the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine—a journey that fueled his love for nature. Beyond hiking, Dylan loves snowboarding, running, working out, and hanging out with friends. He is also thrilled to be living in the same state as his brother, who is currently a student at the University of Colorado Boulder. He's already joined us on the 3 Rocks Trifecta!

All in a day's work!

Yesterday, some of the team pulled off the annual 3 Rocks Trifecta:

🧗 Pre-work: Climb at Shelf Road
🚲 Lunch: Mountain biking
🌊 Post-work: A float down the gorge!

We’re blessed to live in one of the best outdoor playgrounds—and we want to make sure we actually get out and play in it. Thanks to our company “garage” equipment, our team can easily crush a standard 8-hour work day AND fully enjoy the great outdoors around us (not to mention enjoy each other’s company!). Talk about work-life balance! 😄

*Special kudos to the Colorado Springs crew who met at 3:45am to meet us! 🥴

Serving our neighbors is at the heart of what we do.
