I fabricated a great tool holder using Tig Torch holder & a switched magnet. Check out the video, the holder works great and is very convenient to use.

The horsepower gauge on my 1963 lathe wasn’t working, so I fixed it myself. (Yes, math was done to figure this out.) Don’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves and do the work!

There's an article about my health situation over here at MHealth. https://www.mhealthfairview.org/blog/pulmonary-fibrosis-sidelined-a-racecar-driver-but-not-for-long I can't thank this team of people enough for what they did. It's an absolutely amazing group of people over at MHealthFairview. This is one of my motivating factors in doing this whole Fastdad Machine shop/Fastdad -Racing businesses. (plus I really like the challenge) One must always remember from where one comes from, how they got where they are, and keep going on down the road of life. This group of people made this all possible. I will always be pushing hard forward. I, Carol & family will always be very grateful for the opportunity to keep going together. One last word here, we need to mention that there was a donor here and a family that went thru an unimaginable loss and to that I say I'll do my best to do my very best and Thankyou.

I'm saying thankyou to my new clients. It's because of you people that that I can continue to rebuild my race car. It's always a long slow progress starting a business from scratch but gaining an inch everyday leads to a foot in no time. It's up to me to provide a high quality machining service & product to the best of my ability, and I will continue to do so. The whole goal in providing a high quality machining services is to make enough dollars to get back out onto the race track. Made these custom extension shafts for a larger grinder to move the buffing/polishing wheel away from the grinder. My artist client uses them to hold a large buffing wheel to buff his amazing steel art! These are made from 1144 high strength carbon steel.
