****CNC OPERATOR / MACHINIST NEEDED FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE****

We are looking for a full time (part-time also considered) person for a day shift Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm. We are a smaller job shop with a lot of variety, you must be able to change gears at a moments notice. We are willing to on-the-job train a candidate looking to get their foot in the door in the CNC machining industry.

We have HAAS Mills and Takisawa lathes (Fanuc controls). We also utilize Mastercam. Candidate must be able to multitask and keep several machines running. We machine carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and plastic.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/duties:

- Assist the Lead CNC Programmer with the setup and operation of CNC machines

- Prepare raw materials for use in the CNC (cutting metal bars to length, ect.)

- Read a tape measure and accurately take measurements

- Pay attention to detail and quality of parts throughout production

- Operation of the CNC during production (remove finished parts from machine and replace with new material)

- Minor maintenance of machines (removal of chips, adding oil, changing coolant, ect.)

- Lift objects 50lbs+

- Operate a forklift (training offered)

- Complete post CNC finish work on finished parts (Deburing CNC cut parts, polishing parts on surface grinder, ect.)

Employee benefits include two weeks of paid vacation per year as well as paid holidays.

Pay $20.00 - $26.00 / hour DOE.

We are looking for an experienced cnc programmer/machinist for immediate hire. Must be able to walk in, program a lathe or mill, set up the job, and run the parts. We have Haas mills and Takisawa lathes (fanuc controls). We also utilize Mastercam. Must be able to multitask and keep several machines running. We machine carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and plastic. Must have a working knowledge of speeds and feeds. We are looking for a full time person for a day shift Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm.
