Please meet our new Engineer I, Adam Usselman! Adam recently graduated from ESF with a B.S. in Environmental Resources Engineering. "In my free time I enjoy fishing and hiking in the Adirondacks at my grandmother's house on Raquette Lake. I am a proud cat dad of Noodle, who is a former street cat from Syracuse. I also spend lots of time with my girlfriend, Taylor and on my hobbies; coin and trading card collecting." Welcome to the team!

I also love spending time with friends and loved ones, cruising in old cars and hot rods, arranging flowers, and any excuse to travel."

Next up, we'd like to introduce our Construction Administration Manager, Brian! Brian enjoys every single thing about the outdoors including hunting, fishing and exploring places he’s never seen. He loves motorcycles, restoring vintage motorcycles being one of his hobbies, and rides whenever he can. Brian is also a private pilot and flies whenever and wherever he can. He’s addicted to anything construction related and loves the challenges of building things for himself or helping others with the same.

The man behind the scenes, Mike makes everything run smoothly day in and day out, and also handles our septic design, site plans, and soil testing. Outside of work, Mike enjoys creating synth music, playing guitar, and he and his wife Mandy love spoiling their cat Daria. Mike is also a horror movie buff and enjoys listening to and collecting records of all genres.

The man behind the name, meet Brennan Marks, our Principal Engineer and CEO. Brennan brings a hands-on approach and deep technical expertise to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, their three children, and their pets. An avid outdoorsman, he has a passion for hunting, fishing, and conservation. When not in the field or with family, you’ll find him operating heavy machinery or “wrenching” on just about anything he can get his hands on.
