The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent customer service, be the front line service contact/job coordinator for our external customers, and manage our technician team.


Responsibilities:

-Analyze and troubleshoot user needs and schedule service
-Dispatch our scale technicians based on simple or complex repairs
-Quote repairs, new equipment installs, rentals, load tests and preventative maintenance
-Collaborate with technicians to handle 24/7 emergency calls when needed
-Attention to detail and follow up is imperative
-Monitor the technicians quality of work and document continuous improvement when needed
-Keep customer information up to date within company software

Qualifications:

-Ability to manage complex Technician/Customer repair and new equipment installation schedules
-Solid management skills
-Strong written and verbal communications
-Deadline and detail-oriented
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
