Do you happen to have an off road vehicle or toy that you always wanted to modify beyond normal expectations?!

Well, here’s one of our owners old side by sides.

A Honda Pioneer 1000

He decided to do something that had never been done before! He literally took his own ride and chopped the frame & did the following :

He started off with 35’s and ended up with a custom 6 inch frame stretch in the front and a 5 inch stretch in the rear on 44’s with the same suspension on a Honda Pioneer 1000

If he added a few more pieces to this project before moving on from it, he could have easily fit much bigger tires and had a even bigger set up from what he created from this moment on

Check out this trailer modification we did for a customer who needed his trailer to be beefed up in the front while also making a place to put a winch for him to be able to pull his heavy motorcycle onto it just in case he breaks down again and needs to do it alone 🤔

Since the last time that it happened , it took him hours to get it back home . This time in the future, it will be a thing of the past & will be a breeze!! 🇺🇸

Based out of Jacksonville, Florida—rooted in the small town of Callahan—our company was founded by lifelong best friends with a shared passion for building, creating, and pushing boundaries. What started as childhood dreams in garages and backyards has grown into a full-scale operation built on craftsmanship, creativity, and community.

We specialize in a variety of services including CNC plasma cutting, custom tubing bending, stainless steel and carbon steel welding, as well as custom off-road metal fabrication—from roll cages and bumpers to rock sliders, side steps, headache racks, ladder racks, and more. Our team also provides custom trailer building, trailer repair, automotive repairs and services, diesel repairs and services, powersport and marine repairs and services, and much more.
