Family owned and operated for over 30 years, this small town fabrication shop knows how to do business the right way. It all began in 1983 when Hubert Bednar Sr. opened Bednar Welding and Machine's doors to the public. With his son, Hubert Bednar Jr. (Pete), by his side learning the ropes, the business continued to expand. By 1989 Bednar Welding and Machine was doing anything from small work for f

armers to work for major companies such as Santa Fe Railroad, Sherman Wire, and Halliburton. While working at Alcoa, Pete would often come to the shop in the evenings to help his dad run the business. It was in the year 2000 that Hubert Sr. retired and turned the business over to Pete. Pete renamed the business BWM Services and surrendered his job at Alcoa in 2001 to run the business full time. Since then Pete has made great strides in expanding the business, accumulating an impressive inventory in machinery, and hiring very skilled workers to accomplish the unthinkable everyday. We have a solid customer base with NOV Rolligon, Halliburton, Cameron, Luminant (Energy Future Holdings), Accent Wire, and Envirobale just to name a few. We are continuing to grow and look forward to doing business with your needs in mind.

BWM Services will be closed Friday, April 3rd in observance of Good Friday.

This is a day marked by solemn reflection, a reminder that even the darkest moments can hold the seeds of hope and renewal. As we pause our work, we remember that sacrifice often precedes transformation, and that even in stillness, purpose remains.

We’ll resume regular operations on Monday, April 6th.
