We just wrapped up a big order—5 handbuilt machines ready to go:

1 Small Cleaner

1 Vibra 1 Sheller

1 3C Sheller

This project came with some unexpected challenges. Since June, all of my suppliers have been unable to provide large and small blower assemblies—each one of these machines requires them. The assemblies were on backorder for months, so I had to design and build my own 7” and 10” blower assemblies from scratch.

The only parts not completely handbuilt are the bearings, motors, and blower wheels. Everything else was custom designed and fabricated right here in South Georgia.

Everything on these machines are completely hand built except 3 motors and 2 bearings! When suppliers let us down we cant let it stop us! We now are building our own blower assemblies.
