SUMMARY: To unload, receive and put away incoming material.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Safely utilizes material handling equipment including powered industrial trucks to unload trucks and move material to warehouse storage locations.
Delivers envelopes and small packages to appropriate employees
Verifies receipts against packing list and notes discrepancies on appropriate forms.
Prepares empty pallets, returnables, and rejected stock for return to vendors.
Processes packing lists and appropriate paperwork and distributes to specified personnel..
Completes proper computer and scanner transactions to accurately show material receipts and movement, and prints labels when needed for inventoried product.
Aids in training when required by supervision.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school graduate (or GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
MATHMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
