Nicest build we have done to date. Took a little longer than expected but I wanted it to look perfect. Only thing left is to add the stainless top for the wood storage but customer is adding that. This has a 24” x 48” cook chamber, 30” warmer box, 24”x 36” direct heat cooker, sink, water tank, and stainless steel covered wood storage. Painted the smoker and direct heat cooker in high heat clear and the trailer and wheels in Tiffany blue. Then finished it off with white walls and smoothie wheels and 39 Chevy taillights.

Finished this one up this morning and heading to Arizona.
We narrowed the cart chassis up to 38” wide to make it fit thru most backyard gates.

This one we did a cowboy firebox , upper rack, fold down shelf , damper probe port and high temp clear.

Here’s something new we did this week. Instead of flanging the door on the outside like normal. We flanged it in the inside for a cleaner look. We then added the new gas struts to the door and we increased the size from the ones from last week and you cab literally open the door with 2 fingers. We finished it off by having it sandblasted and doing a High temp primer and high temp satin paint job. This customer also added the 60” cook chamber , insulated firebox, upper split rack , damper , extra gauge, probe port and folding front shelf. This exact setup was $4600.00.

The time has finally came. The direct heat cooker is done and ready to take orders.

The one in the pictures is 1/8” thick and has an insulated bottom.

Well we got the new gauges in the first smoker leaving the shop and the very first smoker with strut assisted door on a 60”. Makes the door just as easy to open as having the counterweight and also slows the door coming down too.

Check out the new Tel-Tru gauges! We love the accuracy of these gauges and now we think they look even better!
