Here’s a 420 quadtrac we added 50hp to.

This tractor was just under powered enough for the implement to never really get going.

After tuning the machine was able to be shifted up 2 gears and maintain engine speed at the customers desired ground speed.

The customer stated that he went from spraying 1500 acres per tank of fuel to spraying 1150 acres the next day and having more than half a tank left.

Tuning your sprayer also helps it maintain engine speed which in turn maintains hydraulic flow to keep your spray rate from drooping and over correcting.
