SAD Yeti Forge and Leatherworks

With some life and schedule changes, we had to take a little time away from the Forge and posting.

That being said, while we get back to it, we've got some previous projects to share.

Today, we have a Rustic, Hand-Forged Spoon.

Does it have a fancy wooden handle or sheath? No. It's a spoon.

Can you still use it to eat your preferred milk and Wheaties before Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practice? Yes. Yes you can.

We've got some cool projects on the horizon; and some that we should be wrapping up in the next week, or so. We'll see you then.

Today we decided to go a little "non-refined." Let us know what you think.

The Blade is a Brute de Forge style Drop Point using an 8670 Carbon Steel.

The Handle is made of Birds Eye Maple, that was dyed Brown.

The Sheath is a Brown Leather, Right Hand Vertical Loop w/ Feather Logo and SAD YETI imprint.

This piece is part of a set, that will soon be on display in a local business.

We took a “stab” at the infamous 1903 Lion Killer, and we are a fan of what came out of the process.

The Blade is Acid Etched Stone Washed

The Handle is made of Yellow Heart and Canary Wood w/ a Horse Leather Spacer.

The Sheath is a Black Leather Sheath w/ Turtle Logo
