Another install wrapped up ✔️

This project came through our shop for some rework before heading out to the customer. Our team:

• Reworked the compactor in-house
• Installed a brand-new power unit
• Reconfigured the customer’s existing handrails
• Installed a new safety gate

We don’t just drop equipment in place — we make sure it’s functional, safe, and built to keep working long after we leave the site.

Proud of our crew for the attention to detail on this one. Service-driven. Equipment-focused.

Founded in 1997, Norton Equipment was built on hard work, integrity, and doing right by people. That foundation still leads this company today.

We’re grateful to work alongside the generation that started it all, learning from their experience while doing our part each day to keep things moving.

Built on long days, strong coffee, busted knuckles, spreadsheets, service calls, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Some of us are in the shop with a wrench.
Some of us are behind the desk quoting, scheduling and keeping things moving behind the scenes, (and sometimes maybe a little fun wuth AI making cute caricatures!)

Different roles. Different strengths. Same standards.

Family business is built on shared responsibility, mutual respect, and showing up for each other and for our customers.
