The Safety Excellence award recognizes our commitment to an outstanding safety program, including achieving a loss ratio of less than 5% and an MSAP score of 95% or greater.

This recognition reflects the dedication of our entire Meaden team to maintaining a safe and responsible workplace every single day.

Introducing our newest “employee,” Stasiu! 🤖

Stasiu is our second robotic arm, engineered to support post‑process handling by automatically rinsing and drying parts, allowing us to run unattended production around the clock.

This system reduces surface spotting and contamination while improving process consistency and repeatability.

By automating this critical step, Stasiu helps:

✔ Maintain clean, residue‑free surfaces
✔ Improve part quality and finish consistency
✔ Reduce manual handling and operator fatigue
✔ Enable continuous, lights‑out manufacturing

A big thank you to our automation partner Prymefix Fixturing Solutions for their expertise in system design, integration, and programming. This collaboration was key to bringing this project to life. 😎

Today we celebrated our awesome team with an incredible catered feast from Polonia Catering in Mokena, IL and trust us, nobody left hungry! 😄

We’re talking:
🌭 Smoked & fresh Polish sausage
🥔 Potato dumplings
🥬 Sauerkraut
🥩 Italian beef
🧀 Three‑cheese mac & cheese
🥗 Greek salad
🍝 Stuffed shells

Basically… An hour and a half lunch and a carb lover’s dream - we regret nothing. 😅

But the highlight of the day?

🏆 The 6th Annual Pedro Perez Quality Award went to Andy Sienkiewicz! 🥳

Andy says his secret to quality is simple: “Pay attention to your work and fill out your check sheets.”

🏈 Super Bowl Monday, a Meaden Company Holiday! 🏈

We’re giving our team a paid day off so they can celebrate, rest, and enjoy the Super Bowl! (Even though our Chicago Bears didn’t make it this far ☹)

Our office will be closed on Monday, February 9th and will reopen the next business day.
