Base Camp Rentals has all the production equipment you will need for a commercial or small film shoot. If we don't have it we will try to get it.
Equipment includes folding chairs and tables, directors chairs, EZ Up 10 x 10 awnings with sides and sandbags, carpet mats for floor protection, traffic cones, and more.
Wardrobe equipment includes rolling racks, steamer, and hangers.
Misc equipment includes a first aid kit, megaphone, clip lights, extension cords, and box fans.
Free pick-up and return days.
Delivery for $40 per round trip plus federal mileage rate up to 60 miles each way.
4-day week: you never pay for more than four days of a week's rental.
1-day weekend: you never pay for more than 1 day over a weekend.
Certificate of insurance required with Base Camp Rentals as the named insured.
Payment Net 10 days. 3.5% handling fee for credit card payment.
