Myomo, Inc. Myomo's products improve arm and hand function for those suffering from upper-limb weakness. Myomo develops and markets the MyoPro product line.

The MyoPro® is a myoelectric arm orthosis that may help regain function in arms and hands paralyzed by a stroke, brachial plexus injury (BPI), cerebral palsy, or other neuromuscular disease or injury. MyoPro is a myoelectric powered upper-limb orthosis designed to regain function to the paralyzed arms of certain patients suffering from CVA stroke, brachial plexus injury, traumatic brain or spinal cord injury, or other neuromuscular disease or injury.

Katie brings more than 20 years of medical technology experience and a proven track record of building commercial teams, expanding market access, and scaling clinical networks.

Is practice mandatory for MyoPro® users? Here's the honest answer.​

Progress with the brace is closely tied to regular practice at home and while participating in therapy. There's no shortcut around the work. Consistent repetition is what builds endurance, coordination, and functional ability over time.

Working with a local OT or PT isn't required, but it's strongly encouraged.​

You asked, a lot. Does Myomo® make a brace for legs?

The short answer is no. The MyoPro® was designed specifically for the arm and hand. It detects a person's own muscle signals and uses them to help support movement at the elbow, wrist, and grasp.

Orthotic options for lower limb support do exist, and an orthotist or care team is the best place to start that conversation. Our focus stays on the upper limb, where the brace remains the only myoelectric orthosis of its kind.
