Employee Spotlight: Thank you, Bob!

33 years. 1,000+ storefronts. Countless memories.

Today we celebrate Bob. U.S. Coast Guard veteran, master fabricator, and the steady hand behind so many Cobb Sign projects since 1992. As an avid Ryobi fan he has amassed a collection that could stock a showroom.

This is Bob’s last day as a full-time teammate, but we’re not letting him sail off completely ⛵️—he’ll still be with us part-time while growing his side venture, Coastie Woodshop.

From arriving everyday at 7 a.m. to mentoring new hires, Bob’s reliability and craftsmanship have shaped our shop and our culture for more than three decades.

Bob, thank you for your service (both military and signage). Your legacy is literally lit up across the country every night.

First impressions start at the curb.

We refreshed Vossers Orthodontics’ monument sign by replacing the old faces with CNC‑routed aluminum panels and internally illuminated acrylic letters topped with aluminum plates. By day it’s crisp; after dark the letters glow with a subtle back‑lit halo. This delivers instant curb appeal and easy wayfinding for new patients at the Burlington office.
