We are currently hiring for Entry Level Installers. Candidates must have a valid Texas drivers’ license, pass a background check, and pass a pre-employment drug screening. Prior experience with cable pulling, installation, or construction is encouraged, but not required.

-Pull Wire/Cable
-Assemble and Install Electrical Back Boxes
-Relocate devices/boxes
-Assist in installing Fire Alarm Devices
-Troubleshoot ground faults, and shorts

-Ability to lift 50+lbs.
-Ability to stand for long periods
-Clean Driving record.
-Be able to climb A-frame and Extension ladders.
-Be able to work from hydraulic scissor lifts.

Must provide all basic tools.
Must be able to work early mornings, late afternoons, and occasional weekends.

-Aid in the administration of all install projects. This includes the preparation of submittals, AHA Documents, close out documents, purchase orders, orders and deliveries, and other duties as required.

-Participate in the coordination of material deliveries to a project jobsite.

-Regularly communicate with jobsite personnel, and contractors to create job timelines, and ensure all jobs are being completed in a timely manor.

-Assist in the planning and scheduling of new hire interviews and onboarding.

-Answer inbound telephone calls.

-Develop and implement an organized filing system in accordance with company policy.

-Perform all other office tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

-Must have previous office administration experience.

-Must be familiar with Submittals, Activity Hazard Analysis, and Close out documentation for job sites.

-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and Adobe.

-Previous QuickBook experience encouraged.

-Have the ability to multitask.

-Great Organizational Skills

-Excellent communication skills
