Sea Trial Day – 2026 Everglades 253

Another successful sea trial in the books.

This new 2026 Everglades 253 was outfitted with a serious Garmin electronics package and then put through real-world testing on the water to verify every system before delivery.

This 54’ Sea Ray Sundancer just received a full custom JL Audio system overhaul featuring JL Audio Luxe speakers, dual 10” subs, and JL 24V amplifiers throughout the boat. The result? Massive output, clean sound, and zero compromise on finish quality.

We also designed and installed custom low-profile RGB light rings around the Luxe speakers to add subtle ambient lighting without looking overdone. Small detail — big effect.

Additional touches included:
• Custom RGB stainless transom name
• Rear transom speakers with 3d printed protective housings
• OEM+ fit and finish throughout
• Fully integrated RGB lighting control
• Clean hidden rigging and amp layout

Not everything needs to scream for attention. Sometimes the finishing touches are what separate a good install from a professional one.

2026 Super Air Nautique G25 dialed in and done right.

This one came to us from Watersports Central in Seneca and received the AVC treatment from top to bottom.

Featuring 4 Wet Sounds 12 REV 12'' tower speaker's using our in-house designed custom brackets. We 3D scanned the tower, CAD designed the mounts, cut and finished everything in-house to keep the fitment clean, strong, and true to the Nautique design language. No universal clamp nonsense here.

Highlights include:
• Custom fitted dual REV 12 tower speaker system
• AVC exclusive illuminated G25 side emblem kits
• Fully integrated RGB lighting
• OEM+ fit and finish
• Hidden wiring and clean rigging throughout

Factory 8” speakers weren’t going to cut it on this Sportsman.
Customer wanted real output… so we made 10s fit like they belonged there from day one.

We scanned the factory surfaces, modeled custom adapter rings in CAD, 3D printed them, paint-matched everything, and built the install around the factory curves of the boat.

No hacked-up flat spacers.
No “good enough.”
No weird gaps or crooked mounting.

Just clean OEM+ fitment with a massive jump in sound quality and midbass response.

The careful cuts, custom printed rings, prep work, paint work, and finish details are what separate a real custom install from a weekend science project.

And yeah… the jump from 8s to 10s absolutely slaps.

This Scout got the full “undo the nonsense and do it right” treatment.

We went through the boat front to back correcting previous hack work, cleaning up wiring, updating the helm, updating and correcting the C-Zone switching, refreshing lighting, and bringing the entire system back to a standard we’d trust with our own families offshore.

Not your average “speaker upgrade.”

This Tidewater came in wanting real output at the helm — not just noise bouncing around the boat. So we built custom 3D-printed gunnel pods aimed directly at the captain, added a suspended ported sub enclosure that absolutely hammers, and finished it off with CNC laser-cut acrylic grills for a factory-plus fit and finish.

Loud when you want it. Clean all the time.
