General Job Description

Reporting to the Controller and Accounting Manager, the Accounting Coordinator I serves as a key team member in the organization’s financial processes. This position performs a variety of tasks to support the following business areas: accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset management. This role is located at our corporate headquarters in Buford, GA.

Accounting Coordinator I (Focus: Assets & Operations)

Duties:

Assets & Operations

Develop, implement and maintain Asset Tracking system across multiple project sites across the country

Fleet Management: Process fuel cards, monitor fleet maintenance, maintain registrations and DOT compliance

Asset Management: Process asset purchases and track accordingly

Act as primary project liaison for operation division requests related to asset purchases, fleet purchases, lodging requests, project set up/break down.

Accounts Payable

Enter bills & credit card statements to include proper job allocation cost and classification

Create vendor purchase orders

Process vendor bill payments weekly with the approval of Controller

Administrative and Other Duties

Maintain electronic filing system

Contribute to the month-end close process

Copier maintenance, order office supplies

All other duties as assigned by Controller/Accounting Manager

Required Skills:

Minimum of 5 years in a similar accounting role

Previous accounting in construction field/multiple states preferred

Advanced QuickBooks Enterprise aptitude preferred

Experience in Excel and Google Drives and Google Docs required

Duties and Responsibilities

· Immediate full-time position for experienced Fiber Splicing Technician.

· Candidate will be responsible for the terminating, splicing, documenting and testing of all fiber optic lines within the customer’s network.

· Responsible for customer premise installations, including racking, cabling, bonding and grounding.

· Perform ring cuts on live fiber without affecting existing services.

· Perform fiber tests with OTDR’s, light source and meters.

· Terminate, splice, bonds/grounds and tests fiber optic equipment to division standards.

· Provide accurate equipment location, splicing and terminating records for the fiber database.

· Perform installation of fiber optic equipment and patch and panels.

· Monitor, communicate and perform corrective actions to fix problems affecting any fiber or fiber related equipment.

· Install enclosures and other telecom equipment.

· Must have experience with the following equipment: fusion splicer, mechanical splicer, OTDR, power meters, traffic identifiers, digital multi-meters, cleavers, st*****rs, buffer tube splitters, cable ring tools, hand tools, toners, duct rodders, ladders, bucket trucks, etc.

· Perform as the subject-matter expert when assigned to a project.

· Quality control of work completed.

· Be involved in pre-construction meetings with potential sub-contractors.

· Manage the scope of work among sub-contractors and in-house crews.

· Review and submit weekly report of scope completed in company’s software.

Valid driver’s license required and ability to pass a background check and MVR

Experience in climbing and utilizing safety equipment, including harness, gloves, blankets, etc.
Must be physically fit, able to negotiate all types of environments that may include walk, stand, kneel, crawl, etc.
Preferred: Experience in ADSS/Power Safety Space fiber construction

Duties and Responsibilities

Managing & motivating a crew consisting of 2-3 groundmen/flaggers
Managing paperwork & creating accurate redlines of construction
Lead all aerial construction for that crew and goal tracking and guidance of crew members
Work with Construction Manager to achieve goals and construction efforts
Applicants must submit to a Driver’s License review, drug test & criminal background check

Job Summary: The Design Engineer 1 is responsible for creating fiber designs that are efficient and deliver solutions to the customer for OSP or ISP construction.

Job Description:
•Designing, researching, and prototyping new products including layouts for OSP and Fiber design
•Collaborating with design and production teams on projects along with relationship building skills
•Generation of bills of materials, splice sheets, and other supporting documentation for design
•Review completed design for errors and efficiency and deliver F1 and F2 designs for projects
•Identify solutions to improve production efficiency
•Develop ISP patch panel diagrams/ cable rack layouts
•Ensure design specifications are maintained
•Adhere to appropriate quality standards set out in the design requirements
•Modifying existing designs or products to improve their performance or integrating new technology
Skill Requirement:
