A dishwasher can look clean on the outside and still have buildup hiding where it matters.

Marcus did a preventive maintenance clean on this Bosch dishwasher to help clear out the kind of food debris and grease that can affect draining and cleaning performance over time.

When a dishwasher starts leaving dishes dirty, holding water at the bottom, smelling bad, or not draining right, maintenance can make a big difference before it turns into a bigger repair.

If your Bosch dishwasher is not draining, not cleaning properly, or due for service, call Appliance EMT today at 404-884-2222.

A commercial dryer does not have to be broken to need attention.

Marcus completed a maintenance clean on a Maytag industrial dryer at Emory National Primate Research Center. This kind of work helps keep heavy use laundry equipment running before lint buildup turns into long dry times, overheating, airflow problems, or a bigger dryer repair.

Commercial dryers do a lot more work than the average home dryer, so maintenance matters.

If your commercial dryer is not drying like it should, taking too long to dry, running hot, or overdue for service, call Appliance EMT today at 404-884-2222

Marcus diagnosed this washer leak and found the issue at the drain pump assembly.

The drain pump assembly helps push water out during the drain cycle. When it starts leaking or fails, you may see water under the washer, draining problems, or a cycle that will not finish properly.

If your washing machine is leaking from the bottom, not draining, or leaving water on the floor, call Appliance EMT today at 404-884-2222. We can diagnose the issue and help with washer leaking repair.

This Maytag commercial dryer at an Emory research lab was running, but it was not getting the job done.

Marcus checked it out and found that the dryer was fine, but there was water trapped in the vent line. When a vent line is blocked like that, the dryer cannot push the moisture out, which means it will take multiple cycles just to dry one load.

If your dryer is taking too long to dry, your dryer is not heating, or you need commercial appliance repair, we can help you find the real fix.

A washer door gasket has one main job: keep the water inside the machine.

Marcus replaced the door gasket on this Maytag front load washer after the seal needed attention. When that gasket starts to wear out, tear, or collect buildup, it can lead to water leaking from the front of the washer, moisture around the door, or odors inside the machine.

If your washer is leaking, your front load washer door seal looks damaged, or you are seeing water on the floor after a cycle, Appliance EMT can help.

Why your Maytag washer is leaking

This Maytag washer had a hole in the door gasket, which was causing water to leak from the front during the wash cycle. Once that rubber seal is damaged, the washer cannot seal the way it should.

If your washer is leaking, leaving water on the floor, or the door gasket looks ripped, Appliance EMT can diagnose the issue and get it repaired.
