Responsibilities:
Programming
Planning
Conceptual Design
Detailing and Schedules
Construction Documents
Specifications
Construction Administration (submittal review, progress meetings, pay applications, project closeout)

Qualifications:
Professional degree in Architecture or equivalent experience. Minimum 10 years professional experience. Vehicle necessary to access project sites. Ability to work well with a project team is essential. Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, or VectorWorks; SketchUp; and Microsoft Office.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience; Benefit package available.

Partner, David DeBoy, AIA, presented The Monroe Building project to the Buffalo Zoning Board of Appeals. Approvals will allow the mixed use, historic preservation project to proceed.
