VEAL lives again. I ripped her down the street today and it felt just like old times. This builds reassembly has been a long time coming and I’m happy with the quality and finished results. I am giving this bike away to fund my next chapter in life which is heart breaking but necessary to continue pushing forward in a manner I am aligned with.

As of today I have 89 spots filled and I am hoping to continue to fill this giveaway up. Recently popped in the shop with his Shovelhead build I helped him work on some time back. He’s been dialing it all in, and it is awesome to see the progress he’s made on his own making some finishing brackets and tabs. I love seeing a build in raw metal getting broken in and adapting to any modifications before paint work gets applied, it’s worth putting these things together slow and steady; of course with love. Thanks Matt for the support over the years and keeping the eye on the prize.

I finished out a set of license plate bracket mounts today for Evolution Sportsters made from 304 Stainless Steel. These mount to the back of the primary case using my supplied 1/4” X 20 socket cap screws, button head screws with washers and acorns for your license plate. This limited run batch of brackets was fun to make and I already have a few spoken for. If you’d like one shoot me a message, they’re 140 shipped and ready bolt on and go. Tidy up your plate location by tucking it in tight and low so it’s easy to cover when you’re going through tolls.

We’re 74 entries in on filling this giveaway on VEAL. Shirts are being printed by the talented on AMERICAN MADE 100% cotton Bayside shirts with these prints on the front and back. Scroll for some progress snaps of the build. I will be starting to mail out shirts later in the month and will have a slew available in hand at Party At The Pen where I’ll be setup vending a booth and you’ll be able to see this completed bike in person and buy a shirt that weekend.

It’s been a long winter here up north. Snow for months and now rainy most days with the hope for road trips and bike events on the horizon. Things seemingly take longer to accomplish than in the past and I’m finally sending this front end out to a buddy of mine and wanted to share a photo of self along with it. I don’t tend to post much content showing myself because the work I create itself, is the focus. That being said now that some of you are more familiar with what I look like, come say hello when you see me displaying my art work this season on the road. A ton of hurdles and obstacles have been wide and array the past year and I’m pleased to be championing what life throws my way. Change is a necessity of life and it’s what you do with the s**t that counts.

This bike behind me has been my focus for a decade now and I’m needing to let it go to move onto the next leg of life and allow myself to finish other projects, endeavors and put things in place where I see them fit. A lot of you might notice I’m not around where you would have seen me in the past, and I guarantee you all that if you haven’t been close or in my life the past few years I am not who you think I am any longer. I accept my place among the tides and flows of life but I will not accept your poignant opinions which do not reflect who I truly am. The past does not define today or the future. Accept growth just as I’ve accepted to let you or it go.

I’m blessed to create and express myself still for work after many years of self exploitation and abuse. Years and years of delinquent excess I admit, but I am still razor sharp with focus. Bless the love and light of life itself and may you all find your love in the inner workings of focus and self care.

Today I was handed the tinset from .k.paints and mocked them up on the frame with the sissybar and king and queen seat. We have a total of 61 spots filled on this giveaway and it’s not even finished with assembly yet, which is extremely humbling and appreciated. The more and more this creature comes to life the closer it is to the reality that one of you lucky people gets to take this one home. I’ll be dressing a ton of assembly details into the next week or two, with this getting together for an in person debut at under my tent where you’ll be able to pickup a shirt to person to enter to win this sucka. 50 spots are filled! Cut from the cloth of outer space and cosmic debris. These tins commemorate the celestial embodiment I carry born into an asymmetrical meat carcass. The first rendition of this paintwork was snowblind mayhem. The CO and I can’t say VID was out of control but we made it through passing bags and smokes around paying no mind. From the start I stressed to Jeff, I want the lack of symmetric values and random geometric shapes, a total Martian Church. This time around he absolutely knocked this concept out of the park, pure creative juice. I’ll be back assembling this bike into next week as these suckers are curing for a few days. I can’t wait to final assemble this build and get a running and rolling video series of it for you all to appreciate. It’s been some time in the making to get the ducks in row for this final incarnation of ✠ VEAL ✠ and the graphics for the giveaway shirts are finished courtesy of with on this redesign of an old classic. I have always had the bug for Superior related parts, merch and in general its history as I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY and at one point spent a good portion of my 20’s in and around the Huntington, NY area. Both of these locations the Superior brand was located in and for that reason along with my pedigree of chopper content I thought it was fitting to pay homage to one of their timeless graphics. The images had several renditions and at the end of the day I decided to leave the text reflecting the reality of how hard this chopper has partied along side of a past life of my debauchery of drugs and alcohol while picking on Imperial and E-Bikes. I’ve always said that change is a necessary part of life and I’m hoping by selling these shirts and having this build be prize for some lucky person that it may put me in a position of financial ease. As the thinnest of Lizzy’s said “you’ve got to give it up”, and it’s not just been the party but also the reality that I don’t get to keep all the art I produce especially if there’s not much income coming in. It’s sad to see this one go but I know when one door closes another one opens. More details to come on the giveaway itself as I’m finishing the final assembly on the bike but here’s the sneak peak of the shirts Ronni with will be producing for me.
