What started as a pump vibration issue required troubleshooting, inspection, and a closer look at the equipment to identify the root cause.

Our team brought the pump back to the AAW shop for further inspection and repairs before returning to the field for installation and testing.

Not just pumps, not just motors, and not just controls. We work on entire system solutions to keep our clients up and going.

Within a few hours of being onsite, our lead technician Lanham Robbins had the problem identified and water was again pumping back to the city. He stayed onsite until the system was at operating pressure and water was restored to the city.

These kids can go back to school.

The City of Copperas Cove has issued a local disaster declaration as it continues to deal with the fallout from a water main break that caused a system-wide loss of pressure, according to city officials.
