Summer here at Ryder-Heil means one thing (okay, maybe two): great castings and yummy cookouts!

During the summer months, we try to keep a tradition going strong with a monthly cookout for the whole team. It’s our way of saying thank you to the hardworking people who make everything we do possible.

A big shoutout to Paul Saunders, our Foundry Supervisor, who takes charge of the grill every time... and absolutely nails it!

And let’s not forget the real celebrity of the table… the “loaded potato salad” from our local butcher. Word around the foundry is that it's the must-have item every single time!

We’re proud of the work we do, and just as proud of the team we share a meal with.

Here’s to a productive and delicious summer ahead!
