7 BREW COFFEE TO DROP $1.5M STAND ON UNIVERSITY BLVD: West Odessa’s caffeine scene is about to get a major "shot" of energy! 7 Brew Coffee has registered a massive $1.5 million new construction project at 3001 W University Blvd, bringing its high-speed, high-energy drive-thru concept to the Ector County corridor.

Despite the relatively small 510-square-foot footprint of the iconic prefabricated stand, the $1.5 million investment reflects a significant site development project.

Construction is scheduled to begin on August 31, 2026, with site work and the final stand "drop" slated for completion by January 18, 2027.
