4R100 Stage 1 converters to start 2026.

We utilize a 5R110 converter core for these which are lower stall and are furnace brazed on both the impeller and turbine.

Then, the plastic stator caps go right in the trash and get replaced with a steel stator cap on the impeller side and an aluminum cap on the turbine side that both take bearings.

The turbine hub that often comes loose gets replaced with an upgraded one featuring hardened splines and improved oiling for the turbine thrust bearing. Instead of relying on rivets like the factory, this hub gets welded in place.

New multi-disc lockup clutch linings and a billet 6 stud cover to finish it off. 4 stud for E4OD available)

These are a great option when you’re beyond the limits of an inexpensive stock replacement converter but don’t need a super expensive performance triple disc.

Geared for 500≈ hp 7.3’s with slightly larger injectors and drop in turbo.

-Heat treated impeller hub with the right geometry to prevent the pump drive slots from cracking.

-Heat treated input splines in the turbine hub that gets welded in place.

-Billet piston that retains the dampener so it’s easier on your transmission components, especially the input shaft.

-Tig brazed turbine.

-Low stall stator with improved sprag components.

-Aluminum stator cap so both sides of the stator have a bearing Instead of the factoy plastic.

-Billet 12 bolt triple disc cover.

For a high performing or hard working truck, these converters, along with a billet input shaft and flexplate, allow your 47RH/47RE/48RE transmission to hold up to whatever you throw at it. s
