Equipped with state-of-the-art coating chambers, Tru-Cut Saw & ICO offers high quality and fast delivery on both standard and special PVD coatings. Our coatings are: TiN, TiCN, AlTiN-ML, AlTiN-XL, AlTiCrN and ViTA nano. Special and tool-specific coatings can be individually tailored to specific customer requirements. The capacity of the coating chambers can handle part sizes up to 1250 mm OD x 700mm, the largest circular saw blade coating vessel in the USA. Phantom Series—Precision Sawing:

Tru-Cut Saw’s cermet tipped saws are ideal for ferrous or non-ferrous cutting and are designed to cut low to medium carbon steels.

They have a thin kerf to reduce waste and provide a superior finish, longer life and faster cutting times. Our cermet saws cut steel bars three to five times faster than a bandsaw machine.

Tru-Cut Saw’s cermet inserts have a high abrasive resistance compared to standard carbide tipped saws.
