CAD Specialist – Warhead Industries & Warhead Offroad

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented CAD Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for turning concepts and project requirements into precise technical drawings and 3D models. The CAD Specialist will work closely with our fabrication and off-road design teams to ensure projects move from design to production seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
• Create, edit, and maintain 2D drawings and 3D CAD models for industrial fabrication and custom off-road projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and fabricators to translate ideas into detailed technical plans.
• Ensure drawings meet project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Prepare cut files for CNC, plasma tables, and other equipment.
• Assist in prototype development and provide design input for functionality and efficiency.
• Maintain organized drawing libraries and documentation for ongoing and completed projects.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).
• Strong understanding of fabrication, welding, and mechanical design principles.
• Experience in industrial or off-road vehicle design is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Hand to join our team! This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to grow with a fast-paced company.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with general shop maintenance and organization
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
• Help with loading/unloading materials and deliveries
• Perform basic mechanical tasks and assist technicians as needed

Requirements:
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
• Dependable and punctual
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus

Hours & Pay: Full-time, Monday–Friday. Pay based on experience.
