Some fun railings just back from powdercoat and installed. 100% aluminum. All tig welded. One piece top rails annealed and formed for this unique shape. Laser scanned and design in shop. No test fitting needed! Love the way these turned out. Thanks for help with the install! for the excellent finish.

A short video highlighting the melding of several crafts that went into the creation of this slightly helical stair guard rail. Metal fabrication, welding, cad design and laser scanning. This project starts as a scan of the job site. A model was made using actual measurements from the scan. After that a fixture was designed to fabricate the project on. The metal fabrication and welding are done. Then a scan of the project on the fixture to bring into the original scan for fitment verification. This project will not require a on site fit up before it gets sent to be sandblasted…. Laser accuracy, precision metal fabrication, welding and cad design all wrapped up into one project!

Foothills Fabrication put metalwork on this luxury home from the chimney cap to basement railings! All custom, designed in house and hand fabricated out of aerospace quality aluminum. No corners cut ever!

Very excited to showcase foothills fabrications newest equipment acquisition! Amada rg80 up acting cnc press brake! This 8 foot machine has 80 metric tons of force, a 3 axis cnc controller and precision accuracy! We can now form larger and thicker pieces of metal for our projects, with Cnc repetition! Chimney caps, window sills, countertops, fuel cells! You name it! Possibilities are endless!
