A cell I made last year. .125” 5052 welded out with 5356 wire. Cnc plasma cut on the . Formed on the rg80 Cnc press brake. Gotta love fun little projects like this!

A brief view of a great project that just completed production. This is a solid aluminum exterior railing system. Designed and fabricated in house. 100% tig welded.

A twist on a classic style. Solid aluminum top rail, sub rail and balusters with tube posts. Sand blasted and powdercoated black. Completely built off site using 3d laser scanning.

Some fun railings just back from powdercoat and installed. 100% aluminum. All tig welded. One piece top rails annealed and formed for this unique shape. Laser scanned and design in shop. No test fitting needed! Love the way these turned out. Thanks for help with the install! for the excellent finish.

A short video highlighting the melding of several crafts that went into the creation of this slightly helical stair guard rail. Metal fabrication, welding, cad design and laser scanning. This project starts as a scan of the job site. A model was made using actual measurements from the scan. After that a fixture was designed to fabricate the project on. The metal fabrication and welding are done. Then a scan of the project on the fixture to bring into the original scan for fitment verification. This project will not require a on site fit up before it gets sent to be sandblasted…. Laser accuracy, precision metal fabrication, welding and cad design all wrapped up into one project!
