A 1 ton Gorbel freestanding workstation crane system installed over a dual robot weld cell.

This crane features a custom cantilevered bridge which allows the user to pick up and place items outside the typical hook coverage area.

The lightweight aluminum bridge combined with a Harrington 2 speed VFD controlled hoist make this a very ergonomic way to load and unload parts from the robot welder fixtures.
