Seeking to add another service technician. We operate primarily indoors and within a 2-hour radius of our shop. Relevant fields include electrician, construction, mechanic, facilities maintenance, and millwright. Must be comfortable with heights. We provide on-the-job training under the guidance of a senior technician until the new technician is proficient in performing tasks independently.

30 ton CraneWerks top running double girder bridge crane with tandem 30 ton R&M hoists equipped with weighing and summing. The hoist monitor system will only allow a maximum of 30 ton to be lifted either individually on either hoist or split between the two hoists. These crane in also equipped with a digital scale readout so operators know how much weight is being lifted in real time. VFD controls on all motions allows for very precise positioning and spotting of loads.

This 30 crane works with a previously installed 15 ton on the lower runway. The 15 ton moves parts in and out of the paint booth. Items are then assembled and the 30 ton is used to move the heavier assembled items onto trucks for shipping.

A 2 ton Gorbel freestanding workstation crane installed over a new robot weld cell. This system features a Harrington Hoist 2 ton NER electric chain hoist with 2 speed VFD control and Magnetek Electrobar Elite runway and bridge electrification.

Electrobar provides a cleaner profile than traditional flat cable festoon and eliminates the possibility of snagging the festoon on equipment installed under the crane.
