Solar Testing Laboratories, Inc. is looking to fill the position of Scheduling Coordinator/Dispatcher. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Scheduling of Operations personnel for projects
· Coordinating work with other departments
· Interacting with and assisting administrative staff with project questions and issues
· Interacting with and setting up projects with clients
· Maintaining communications and reporting to managers and owners

Candidate must be a friendly, outgoing professional with excellent communications skills. The individual must be competent on the computer.
