A wonderful event hosted by IES Milwaukee for the 2026 Illumination Awards - it was a BIG night for the Ring & Du Lighting Design Team. Not only does this team support IES Milwaukee in so many volunteer capacities, but our team members were recognized for their design contributions.

Two projects were awarded Illumination Award for Interior Design

1. St Norbert College Donald J. Schneider School of Business and Economics in collaboration with Workshop Architects, Inc. and presented by Colleen Kroll, LC.

2. Waunakee School District Heritage Elementary School presented by Teresa Haas, LC.

Very proud of this team and their efforts to build and celebrate the Milwaukee lighting community! Great job to all award recipients!

What a beautiful day it was for Ring & Du crew to observe Earth Day earlier this week with some local spring clean up.

The Madison office cleaned up the bike trail behind the office and offered brats to those that stopped to help! Brats for Trash might be a new Ring & Du tradition!

The Brookfield team cleaned up Fairview Park and the community area surrounding our office building.

Thanks to the team members that took time out of their days to pitch in for clean-up efforts!

He brings extensive experience in building automation systems, HVAC controls, and commissioning-related engineering. Brock holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.

Kelly Jo McClanathan has joined the Ring & DuChateau team as marketing and business development manager. She brings to the new position nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, proposal support, event coordination, and business development across the banking, manufacturing and A/E/C industries. She has a strong background in leading cross-functional projects, strengthening brand presence, and enhancing client and community engagement.

Seth Weis has joined Ring & DuChateau’s growing Utility team as a Civil Engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He brings to the new position experience in Civil 3D drafting and construction inspection for state, federal, and private projects with other consulting engineering firms.
